Furnished sublet available April 16 in WONDERFUL, cozy, large sunny UWS 1 bedroom, for —ideally one year, but will consider shorter terms.

I am the leaseholder, and am going to be in Europe for an extended time. We are officially "roommates" but the place is all yours—I wont be in the apartment, at all, ever.

Let me explain: Bedroom remains my "turf," I leave my stuff there, etc. You have the giant living room, (with both daybed and sofa) foyer, eat in kitchen and bathroom.


Monthly rent: $2300, not including utilities.



Some details:

--Top floor, bright, clean, quiet, safe elevator building

--One block from #1 subway. (Perfect for nurse, medical professional, or other professionals.)

--Fantastic location, heart of UWS, 2 blocks from Riverside Park, lots of restaurants, shops, cafes, even one great new GREEK restaurant right downstairs.



--I provide all sheets, towels, kitchen ware, etc.

--I will allow one cat or one dog, but the new living room sofa (seen only in one photo) must be protected in such case.

I am half Swedish, extremely fair, direct, clear. You may call MY references, to know who I am, not only me calling your references. I find this is only fair and works well.

I need: Proof of income, and 2 character references, one being a previous landlord.
